I have a Realme buds wireless * bought from Flipkart on July **th ****, but since more than * month I'm facing issues with right bud. The sound coming from the right bud is very low. Same problem I faced with the left bud in the month of April **** but that time they gave me replacement for free bcz my product was under warranty . Since I wasn't able to visit service centre they gave me pickup and drop service and replaced my product with a different colour i.e. white. I was happy with the service. But this time they r'nt providing pickup and drop service bcz they stopped pickup and drop service from * aug **** for IOT devices like Realme buds wireless *.
Since service centre is ** km far away from my house, i can't visit service centre.
But they r'nt providing pickup and drop service even I'm ready to pay for it.
So my complain is stop this and plz help me to get a free pickup and drop service bcz when I bought my buds wireless * they didn't told me that they will stop pickup and drop service on aug **.
