Myntra.com - Regarding pick up of a product

I am forced to write down a complaint against Myntra after witnessing the dismal level of customer service.
I have placed a return request not once but twice and it's been ** days I have been calling at Myntra several times to get this product picked . Everyt time I am given a time frame within which the matter will be escalated and treated with priority.But alas there have been no response from their team.It seems they are hardly concerned at resolving my complaint .I am extremely annoyed at their poor level of service of which they boasts of by shouting of easy returns and exchange policy .Infact this is the reality .Such shameless people are working at Myntra and they are the ones responsible for taking this trivial matter to a higher level.
