I am using water purifier of Eureka Forbes, one day service person came for normal service which comes under AMC contact of Eureka Forbes,he done something wrong with the machin changes some part like PCB of the machine also changed tap valve for low pressure took rs **** for all the parts,from that day my water purifier is not working properly,on *th of February it's stop working so I raised service request on **th of February after * days service person visited and he said your AMC contract is about to expire also the part of the machine is not available basically he is forcing me to buy new water purifier and my AMC contract is expiring on ** of March so all the parts services under this AMC is free almost every alternate day I am calling the service person for that part also Eureka Forbes customer care for the part but bothe are ignoring my calls and purposely delaying procedures as result my AMC get expired
