- Regarding mobile phone hanging issue Open

I bought realme *pro mobile on March month. First four months no problem after that my phone is getting struck up continuously. I call the customer care and told them. They said to take the mobile phone on authorised service centre. Than I also brought to service centre ,they told my mobile had some software debug issue due to update not properly.so they asked me to flash ,I said ok . But after * months the same issue is rised. Again I took to serve center and they said this time your charging port is problem we changed and flash your mobile. Than this is my third time I am facing this issue from yesterday continuously . I am feed up with this mobile. Can you please take serious step on this consern or I can make complaint.
