Agoda - Regarding date change for booking id

HI Team ,

I have been calling agoda customer care from past * week . I have requested to postpone the dates from April**th -**nd to July **-**th as my father undergone a operation . On , **th April , the date got changed and got updated in the agoda application . But **st April , it was cancelled by resort as there was a no show . When i reached out to Agoda , they said there was issue Booking agent side . I have been calling to get amount refunded as there was an issue from there side . Representatives are keeping my call on hold and not coming back on the calls . I have called Agoda more than ** times in past * days and still my issue has not resolved . This is pretty unprofessional from Agoda side to treat there customer like this and being unethical about the same.
