Goibibio - Regarding Cancellation and refund of my flight itinerary

I am writing here to place a few serious concerns regarding the cancellation of my travel itinerary which was booked by the travel expert Mohd. Saqib from Make My Trip on October ** (attached here is the pdf copies of his emails).

Please note, on October **, Turkish Airlines had canceled my booking for the flight scheduled for November ** from new Delhi to Istambul. Since then, I have been trying to cancel the itinerary through the airline website. However, despite my recurrent efforts, I have been unable to cancel it, and the airline is recommending me to communicate with MMT/goibibo for the cancellation and refund procedure as my ticket was purchased through them. This is to inform you that I have not been able to escalate the issue through the customer service of either of the goibibo or MMT as my ticket number/booking ID/Mobile number has not been recognized. The goibibo server does not find any such booking with my mobile number.

Despite my repeated attempts, I have not been able to find any whereabouts of my booking and the travel expert Mohd. Saqib so far. I am extremely worried as I have shared my passport details with Mr Saqib.
I have attached the E-ticket for your kind perusal. I request your kind intervention to direct the MMT/goibibo/both for canceling my bookings and issue a full refund ASAP.
