One bad day in Oct ****, got a call for promotional offer and we visited Suratwla Mark Plazzo office and agreed to buy ** years of holiday package; which had other assured benefits along with it. Couldn't use the holidays in **** & **** and in **** & **** whenever enquired with them about holiday planning , got the answer - tie up properties are not open yet for booking.
In **** now they have stopped replying to emails and not picking the calls even.
Visited their Suratwla plazzo office which they have vacated and no traces are available now, whether they are operating or not.
Now they have lost the confidence I had to get anything good out of it.
Need my money back.
