i book the hotel throught goibibo for * nights with free cancellation/modification facility .for **** rupee
i then modify my booking from * nights to * nights and at the time of modifying . in dashborad it's written that for * nights you will get a refund of **** rupee within *-*days
But nothing is happend it's now **days and no refund i was get. i contact the goibibo customer care. they repeating themself and said allow some for time...** days is not enought for them to refund my money. I am very disappointed from Goibibo service and how they are taking my concern so lightly. i am tied of asking help from goibibo for my refund amount of ****. Please help and resolve my querie
