I had placed an order that included * products, through UPI ID on Ajio app. Later, due to some reason I had to return the products. Ajio claims that the amount has been refunded, but the amount has not been credited yet. The reason behind this, is that the old UPI ID is inactive through which payment was made and a new UPI id has been created as my bank account has been migrated from Citi bank to Axis. I had explained this to Ajio through calls and emails, but have not received any support. It's been close to * weeks I am still waiting for the refund. Ajio asks me to contact bank and bank asks me to contact Ajio. I had shared my bank statement with Ajio as well.
