There was an order from October ****. I returned two items from that and received a refund for them. I placed new order in March ****. The company canceled my fresh order and refunded the amount after deducting the cost of two items that I returned in October **** with the reason saying that the items I returned are not matching with what was ordered.
The company claimed the money from my fresh order and even keep the items that were picked up in October ****.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
