This complaint is for not taking the follow up of my delivery related case by firstcry.com & I kept chasing for my parcel delivery since **th August ****. Everyday, I talked with their executives & even a supervisor named Chetna but no one bothered to take my concern seriously. Yes, it has impacted on me & wasting the whole time & energy. At the end, they cancelled my order without discussing anything & I kept waiting for *-* days just to get the parcel delivery. Their executives made false promises & assured about this failed delivery. I am a prime member of this firstcry.com & I never expected such type of poor customer journey from such brand.
