Colive - Refund

I stayed in Colive Athens Whitefield Bangalore for * months i was about to leave the pg in the month of December but while I'm raising the notice period i come to know that i won't be getting the deposit amount so, thought of extending my stay for a month and stayed till the end of January. I paid the rent and dues on *rd January and raised a notices period on the same day itself. Before doing that i asked and confirmed by the property manager how to do it he said everything and infront of him only i did everything and i vacated the room on **st January they said i will be getting the refund on **th February but i got the mail that i need to pay extra money because of some issues like **** i don't know why they charged the twice the amount of electricity bill what i was paying when i was in the pg. I was trying to call them and ask the what's the issues the property manager changed the words and saying he didn't said anything to me. And in the service issue ticket they are saying the we should raise the notice period on **st of privious or *st of present month but before raising the notice we need to pay the due but my salary got delayed and paid on *rd January because of that they are saying that i can't deposit money. I didn't informed that i will be checking out next week or day i informed a month ago that too i asked the property manager.. as a employee it's not a small amount for me I hope someone will be helping with this.
