Booked no broker packers and movers. They damaged all carton box submerged in water due to rain. New wooden sofa was damaged. Eventhough they assured of Insurance, as the damage is minor. No broker assured to compensate via refund instead of fiiling Insurance. They paid refund of ****. After that i demanded for ****, for sofa damage. Grievance Team assured for ****. After ** days businessdays, now they say it is not approved yet. Now they deny to pay ****, and still in process of getting approval to ***.
