Zomato - Refund to be provided

Hi Good day! I'm Ragapriya and I'm using zomato for a long time I would like to report an issue taken place on **-**-**** where my order was cancelled and Rs.*** was deducted from my account. So on **-**-**** I ordered food from Pizza hut for Rs.*** and paid the money from my zomato app with my contact number saved as "**********" (attached screenshot FYR) and was waiting for my food for a long time yet I did'nt receive any calls. So I came outside my house to check if my delivery partner has arrived the location. And he was there, and I asked him for my food. But he told like he was waiting and don't know which calling bell to ring so I tried to reach you through mobile number (which is not my number) and the person who answered my call said that he did'nt order any food and also cancelled my order. So the delivery person refused to deliver my food which he was having and asked me to get refund by contacting zomato customer support. I also tried * times contacting zomato customer support and each time the reply I got was the order was cancelled by me through my registered mobile number. But I was maintaining my own mobile number in my profile which is "**********". Clearly the mistake is not from my side and I was affected both mentally and financially in this issue. I want my money Rs. *** be refunded to my account. Please consider my concern here
