Make my trip - Refund still on process

I booked a flight from Kozhikode to Dubai on *nd May ****. When I booked it was direct flight (PNR *TAFC*) , but later the direct flight changed to connection flight , travelling from kozhikode to Mumbai and then Mumbai to Dubai. I cancelled this flight on *th April **** and raised for a refund. From the day * onwards my refund status is showing as "Airline is verifying your refund request , refund will be processed once we receive approval from the airline". I already contacted Air india from my side, and they told me that my travel agency (MakeMy Trip) needs to contact air india sales team. Even after ** days the status of my refund request is same.

I need to get aed *** as my refund(which is *****.** inr).
