I ordered a few items from Swiggy on **/*/**.They did not deliver Tata sampan toor dhal but charged *** for that and they delivered rotten mangoes and spoiled jack fruit for which I raised a complaint asking for a refund of ***. They concluded saying that they have initiated both refunds and fir further queries I should contact my source bank. I feel cheated by this behavior of Swiggy is causing a lot of tension.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
