Swiggy instamart - Swiggy freebies scam

I ordered cooker from swiggy instamart with an offer which promises freebies. I order it just because it was a good deal with freebies but when I received order, they did not provide any freebies. I complained to them, even complaint in consumer forum. They simply closed my complaint saying that we have sent a apology email. I asked to refund the amount equal to the cost of freebies but they are not listening. I searched for it and got they know I'm not the only one who got scammed, their are many people. This has become the strategy for them to increase their sell with lucrative offer and then at they end they don't send the item promised by them. They told freebies are out of stock then I told them then why you are displaying it in your app. They told we will get it corrected, this happen in the morning and when I checked it again in the morning, they were still showing the offer. Such cheater and scammer they are.
