Swiggy Instamart - Cancellation refund issue

I placed the order in Swiggy Instamart at *:** AM and cancelled it myself at *:** AM, within minutes, as I wanted to add another item. The order was in getting packed state and was showing ** mins to deliver still. They have charged me ***% cancellation fee. On asking they told me that the item has packed and reached my door step and the delivery guy tried calling me multiple times. I did not receive any calls from the delivery partner.
I placed the order cancelled it myself within * minutes. Claiming that the delivery partner reached my location and tried calling me is false. Is it possible???
Such a lie. Hopeless. I have the proofs of the call history. I am also attaching screenshots as proof, of the order being placed and cancelled timings.
Charging a ***% cancellation fee in this situation is unacceptable. Its our hard owned money. Cheating customers like this and by their misleading communication is very bad.
I need the refund.
