I have order a pick and drop service through Delhivery Direct My thing was delivered to me in December but in broken condition I complained about this thing at the same time delivery asked me to share photos and videos I shared everything almost * times. In a whole month could only examine the photos( unprofessional behaviour). After that I took the support of Twitter and tweeted, then these people again asked me to send the photos, I sent them again. After that again I sent *-* mails and tweets, then these people asked to share bank details. I shared that too but after that they have not given any refund. I have checked on their website, these people had taken the money for delhivery protect from me, these people broke my thing worth **** rupees and refunding me *** rupees it is joke or what.. . . . . . . . .
The social media team of delivery has gone blind, I have sent screenshots, it is clearly visible that after their mail, I have sent seven mails, no reply was given to them, but these people say that the team has already replied but it is clearly visible in the screenshot that no reply has been given.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
