Delhivery courier - package picked without AWB no on rescheduled date but not sent to the brand

Hi

I had placed a return of one of my vero moda orders. It was scheduled to be picked on Sunday but did not get picked that day as I wan unavailable and had to reschedule it. It got picked three days later by same delivery boy who had earlier come for pick up, however i did not receive any successful pick up text message. When i contacted the brand, they said delivery partner has not sent them the order. I called up delivery boy through my gate app entry tracked his number, he lied and showed me some cancel order of previous date. upon visiting office they had a photo of the dress that got picked up and I was told that it was wrongly forwarded some place else. they have not yet corrected the mistake till date despite repeated calls
