I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a significant issue regarding the payment for my recent cash on delivery order.
On the evening of June **, ****, delivery boy arrived to deliver my order. To my surprise, he informed me that my payment had not been registered in his system. However, I would like to clarify that I had already made the payment online through your website prior to the delivery.

Despite having made the payment online, the delivery boy insisted on receiving cash upon delivery.Regrettably, I ended up paying for the order again,.(i had made this payment on delivery boy google pay phone number)resulting in an unnecessary duplication of payment.
To resolve this matter promptly, I kindly request your immediate attention and action. The tracking IDs for both orders are as follows:

I urgently seek your assistance in rectifying this payment discrepancy and promptly refunding the duplicate payment amount. This situation has caused inconvenience and frustration, and I trust that you will take it seriously and address it with the utmost urgency.

I request that you investigate this issue thoroughly and provide a detailed response with the steps you will be taking to resolve this matter. Additionally, please inform me of the timeline for the refund process, as I expect a swift resolution.
