Delhivery courier - Delhivery package failure

I requested for delivery of a around *-* kg bag with clothes from Bangalore to Jammu. They delayed the package once and there is no update on the tracking from *th July. today is **th july. I have now filed for return and it shows the end date as *st Jan. I'm concerned now and don't want this to get lost. Please help. And there is no one taking responsibility for the same. No one to contact directly. The Customer support is a sham and only sends automated messages with no direct line to anyone.
