I made a flight booking through MakeMyTrip on **rd December **** for travel dates **th May ****, now due to pandemic the passengers couldn't travel and I got a email from Indigo that they have kept my money is a credit shell and it can be used or redeemed within a year.
On **th December **** I recveived an SMS from MakeMyTrip telling me to update my bank details so that I can the refund of Rs. **,***.** and they also confirmed that my refund will be credited in my account by next day **.**.**** before **.** hrs.
Since then I am trying to call them on their given numbers but there is no department who are handling refund issues there is only Sales department on call and when they transfer my call I have start all over again and there is no one to attend my call I have also sent so many emails and shared my problem on their social media accounts but same there is no response from them.
Strange thing is that my booking is not showing in their system, now what should I do I really don't understand. Today Indigo Airlines confirmed me on email that they have transfered the money to MakeMyTrip account on **th December ****.
