I have purchased the glass from online website on date **/**/**** of Rs *,***. **/- and also return it within *-** days of purchased, but they still not refund the money in my account, its been almost over * month and they are closing the ticket without resolution,
Also there is no escalation matrix on the site to resolve the issue,
They should be fine double for so much delay in money refund
Very much dissatisfied with the service
