I've wrongly booked ticket by swapping first and last name in the ticket on March *th **** for April **th travel. But immediately I called Indigo and Vistara to cancel the ticket, they have agreed to settle ***%refund. But Yatra did not clear that. * days back I've cancelled ticket choosing (Flight cancelled and full refund) option. Waited **hours as yatra said. No response from their side. Need some assistance in this
