I have made a flight booking from Yatra.com on **th december night around ** pm, my amount of rs.**** was deducted, the booking was not confirmed, and they are showing that the ticket is non-cancellable and non-changaeable. I was supposed to recieve call from customer support within * hours but It has been **+ hours, no call, customer care keeps me stuck in IVR loop, not reply to emails on support mail addresses. when I search the booking reference number, they are asking me to make payment again of **k+ for the same reference number, which makes no sense.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
