Dear Sir,
I booked upgraded holiday package to goa for * nights after consultation with MMT and cancelled Andaman package of * nights at condition that i will get full refund. MMT initiated refund * months back but didn't refunded me till now.
Being a customer belonging to middle class family i am suffering from very difficult covid time and **k is big amount to afford. Please help me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
