I have returned a jeans pants dated **-*-**** but amazon.in 's concerned department wanted proof of delivery from courier service, however the seller from where I have purchased the jeans pants, has received it and waiting for Amazon to send the procedure for refund payment. The courier service has provided the snapshot of the delivery chart to the seller and Amazon.in but it was not acceptable and my case was closed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
