Dear team
The sent product was not working (boat ***) airpods so i asked to my wife to return the product so instead to difffect product she has sent the another product which was (boult airpods) and asked to amazon team to replace or refund the headphone amazon people told wrong produt has been sent so infromed the team to return my produt and picked up their product and replace or refund the money but theses people has disposed my item nor replacing or refund the money asking me to send the prody back to reund and customer support people are disocnnecting the calls directily being a amazon customer is this the service i m getting
kindly do help me to get the refund or replace my product with the reund
