IRCTC - Refund of ticket price difference

Rohan Rajesh Temkar filed complaint against IRCTC on Nov 25, 2021

I had booked tickets from 'Panvel-Thivim' for January ****,Train number ***** Mao Festival Special, whose ticket is ₹***
But now am checking that the ***** is cancelled and our tickets are transferred to *****,whose ticket is ₹***.
There was no notice from IRCTC regarding the train change, and no refund message regarding the price difference.
And moreover, we could missed our train because we could waited for ***** at the platform that would have never arrived.

Return train is also change from ***** to *****.
Please refund us or upgrade our seats to upper class.
