I have ported pre-paid to postpaid in **** [my mobile number +**- **********) Mumbai] at the time of porting pre-paid to postpaid, I have paid Rs ***/- as a security deposit (Refundable). (deposit receipt attached).
Response from the Vodafone customer care as mentioned below:
“With reference to your mail, I hereby inform you that the feedback received from concern team that there is neither credit balance nor deposit reflecting towards your account to process refund and the same is not reflecting in our system.”
