Myntra.com - Refund of Rs 17032 - not paid for 09 Months

This is regarding my return request being cancelled for below return ids :

I had raised these return requests long time back and these went on hold.
Upon asking , myntra customer care people told me quality team rejected my items during inspection.
First of all , myntra people have my products as well which got picked up and my money as well.
secondly , some of the items the company returned to me saying they failed their quality are as it is sent to me and shown on your website. Are you forcing mw to accept those items even if I didnt like them.

Myntra people are not even sharing on what basis they decided they rejected my products.
Also , out if the products sent back to me , some are other products not matching my order and are myntra products as I can show you those products on your website itself but the company is denying .
This is my final plea to myntra or else I am going to go to media this time regarding my case.

Total refund of Rs *****/- for the last ** months.
