Siya Rajore filed complaint against Nestaway Technologies Private Limited on Oct 14, 2022
This case was filed to get my husbands deposit back from Nestaway in March****. MyAdvo promised the best and partial payment was made up front. For the first *months after filing there was no response or follow up. Once we contacted them we found out that the lawyer has quit practice !
The second lawyer assigned misplaced our documents.
The third lawyer is not responding.
Though policies are understood, MyAdvo refuses to refund our partial payment and is insisting we either trying with the lawyer who's not responding or hire a new one.
They are grossly incompetent for a company thats supposed to handle legal proceedings.
We are mentally exhausted and just want them to own up to their mistakes and pay us back money plus compensate us for the mental harassment.
Please help us.
