As i have booked an hotel name-spot on ***** hotel siddarth from **/**/** to **/**/** and during check we have paid **** rupees to the hotel manager and my booking id-icua**** we have went for work at * pm and come back to hotel at *pm and we saw that the bathroom water is came from bathroom in our room and wet our bags so, we go to the hotel manager and said that change our room to the top floor and he angrily denies for changing our room and then we asked for refund he denies. And on that day **/**/** we checked out from that hotel and take a private hotel. Then we have discussed the issue to the oyo guest experience manager *** times and they disconnects our call when we asked for refund
So, kindly help me with this
