Hello sir, I Bought a course from BYJUs in **** for my son from *th to **th by paying **,*** in which they provided me live and recorded classes till the end of the course. But when my son's **th class examination was completed, I got to know that the live classes will not be continued. I contacted them and they told me that the live classes was only for *th to **th for extending it I have to pay more. But then I refused about it. After some days Mr. Tomar, a Aakash BYJUs faculty contacted me and told me to buy a new course for live classes from **th to **th which will be totally based on JEE examination preparation. I already told them that my son's previous results are not good, and mentor of BYJUs didn't focus him too. He told me that my son will be passed with good marks and he is taking responsibility about this and convinced me that for my son's better future I should buy it, so for just my son's better future I bought that course which I have mentioned earlier by paying **,***. Now when my son's **th class examination results announced then I got to know that he is passed with very low marks by which even he can't take admission with science or commerce stream. I informed Aakash BYJUs about it and told them to give either Arts subject classes or refund me but they ignored me. I sent them too many mails but they didn't answer me. On *september**** they contacted me and told me that they will neither provide me Arts subject classes nor refund me with rudely. I told them to send this via mail or written but they refused me. Even they didn't tell me about terms and conditions in starting at the end they are saying me that they had told me but when I refused they are just saying sorry or saying me it's my fault. But what's my fault to think about my son's better future. It's not only my issue but many other middle parents issue who can't raise this issue because these types of company have money and power. I just want justice on this matter. Even now Mr. Tomar is not receiving my call who took the responsibility in starting. It is not only for money but for my hard word by which I earned that money and paid them for my son's education. How can I let them take my money without any service. They are doing fraud with us by playing with my son's future. Please help me about this.
