I had purchased Aakash Byjus NEET ** and ** live in **** in November . The course included **+ books/modules which were to be sent with the starting of class **th in **** in the month of April . But it's August now and the customer support keeps telling that the books are ' out of stock' violating their promise . Moreover , the course included ebooks which are unavailable for me and despite contacting their support team multiple times , they did not fix the issue .
The salesman had told that tests would be conducted periodically but most of the tests are getting postponed because they are ' fixing the platform'
There are multiple other minor issues but these are the important ones
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
