Aakash BYJU s - Mis Guide and Collect Fee

Aakash Byjus called us and fix the recorded meeting on zoom.
they said faculty name to tach student but they are playing videos of that faculty.
they also said they will not teach more than **-** student but they are teaching more than **-** student in once.
they said if you not satisfied you may refund full fee
they misguide the student . and student taken tension as a big amount collected by them
student unable to read, learn as no one giving proper response.
we are also calling to teachers who taken the meeting on zoom.

we filled the cancellation and ask for refund in * days but still we have not received the refund.
continuously we are calling and sending the mail but no proper response.
kindly help for refund Rs *****/- so student can take admission some other place.
