Dear Sir, we were looking for on line tution for my daughter. For **+*, on **/**/**** one of representatives called namely anand reddy and susank and explained about some app and convinced on pressurised by confusing last movement , I made payment. When I asked that whether us it useful or not. They assured we have ** days trail policy. You van cancel the product. . When we have gone through their product we observed that product iwas not understandable to my daughter as it was pre recorded lesson as we are looking interactive classes. I called and mailed so many times. No one responding simply saying you will get call from our executive. We got fed up by this team attitude. Please help us in this regard.
