I booked the * tickets in redbus. I got mail from red bus bus got canceled. Immediately i called to redbus customer care they conformed bus got canceled you have to take ur own arrangement and money will get refund in **hr. So i booked other * tickets in different travels in same redbus. Till now money not yet refunded to my account for this.
*. First i got mail from redbus support abt bus cancellation(Attached screen shots). I didn't send any mail to red bus support.
*. Because of that mail i called to Vijayawada red bus support(***********) from my mobile on **/June/**** *:** PM
*. They conformed bus got canceled i have to take my own arrangement and money will get refund in ** hours.
*. So i booked two tickets in venkatramana travels on the same day with Trip ID: TM*R********
