clear trip - refund of booking amount

I have purchased the ** ticket from Cleartrip vide travel ID Nos ************ & ************ and charged ******X*=****** and the agent told me that before payment done, if you cancel the ticket anytime and in any situation rest amount will be refunded after deduction of **** to **** and balance amount will be refunded but something wrote in my fate because cleartrip are cheaters and fraudster because due to the cancel of one ticket which was in my and other ticket which was not flown by my wife due to health is not upto the mark. as a result i cancelled the ticket but he has refund only ***** instead of ******. hence im requesting to you please refund my balance so that we couldnot bear the financial loss. it was not a five hundred amount it is arround *.** lacs amount near by. please refund the amount as soon as otherwise i will knock the door of court. because justice through court proceeding is the only way for us after submission of request on your portal.
