I have contacted the Cleartrip helpline on more than ten occasions, inquiring about my refund. However, I have yet to receive any updates concerning the matter. Every time I call, they simply repeat the same response, requesting me to wait for ** hours or ** hours, but unfortunately, I never receive any follow-up from them. This level of service is truly disappointing and unsatisfactory.
