- Refund of Closed Hathway Broadband Account ^Open

I have Hathway Broadband Account in the name of Laxminarayan Mundada in Pune, Maharashtra having Account number as **********.

I was the Hathway Broadband service since last * years. But unfortunately, since March ****, i was facing frequent down time in internet which sometimes has gone upto *-* days at one stretch. This has caused me financial and metal loss in a tremendous amount. I was stressed a lot and this situation hampered my work since last * months. Even the Hathway person who used to solve the problem with my connection was giving me some absurd reasons and providing excuses for down time. Here i would like to add that there is another hathway customer in my building who was not having any issue with the internet but at the same time i was facing the problems with service of Hathway Broadband.

Because of this reason i decided to not to continue with Hathway Broadband service and applied to discontinue the service of my broadband account with Customer Care Center with Service ID No. ********W******.

I have paid Rs.*,*** for yearly subscription of unlimited plan. Details are mentioned below -

I had cancelled the subscription and requested to refund the balance amount paid upto the month of March ****. This request was raised to Hathway Broadband customer case center and also on their instruction mail of these facts were sent to billingpune@hathway.net. But unfortunately no person from Hathway Broadband responsed me. Rather customer care center closed down my above mentioned service id on their own.

I am attaching below the screenshot of the no.of complaints for reference. One can easily diagnose the pain i have suffered due to Hathway broadband poor service after looking at the screenshots of compaints i have raised during the last * months.
