Abhijit Rath filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 17, 2023
Ordered *ton Realme Techlife AC on *th March and canceled on **th March to reorder with Flipkart protection plan. Order got canceled successfully and showed refund accepted. However, the Canceled order was delivered at the doorstep forcefully in spite of the refusal to accept and reordered product also got delivered. From **th March onwards, following up with Customer service to return the canceled order and arrange for refund. However, every time a new issue opens with new resolution date and the issue gets auto resolve without any resolution provided. Really disappointed with the service and want to file a consumer complaint to get the refund.
