I booked flight ticket in GoAir through Goibibo website. for Ranchi-Bangalore-Cochin trip. Paid Rs.****/-. Later the flight cancelled by GoAir and issued full refund of ****/- as cash to agency Goibibo (email attatched) and told me to contact Goibibo to get the money.
Now the Goibibo is playing drama. They said GoAir issued them credit voucher only so there is no refund to original payment mode. only they can issue credit voucher with lots of limitations. later they put by number on blocked list and unable to contact them anyway. there is no e-maild id for communication.
I contacted again GoAir, they reassured that they are not issuing any vouchers.
please help me to stop this organised fraud work
