Goibibo and Goair - Flight got cancelled by the airlines

Hey I’m Suman Chava..
I have booked a flight ticket from Goa to Hyderabad on **th March **** through Goibibo App. My flight got cancelled by the Airlines (GoAir) due to the Corona pandemic. The airlines support assured me of giving full refund and they initiated the refund on May **th **** to goibibo as I booked my flight ticket through goibibo. The airlines sent me a email confirmation from there end. I have been contacting Goibibo customer support from **nd May **** and there is no response from Goibibo and they are not refunding the amount. I’m getting a message from Goibibo that

Due to the nationwide lockdown imposed by the Government of India to control the COVID-** pandemic, all flights flying within India and those taking off or landing in India till ** May stand suspended.
Air Asia airline has assured that your booking amount is safe and can be used to make a new booking directly on the airline website by paying applicable fare difference if any for the new travel date and subject to terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the airline.
Air Asia will send you the details of credit wallet and rebooking process soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.)
