I booked a ticket from Goibibo from Bangalore to Lucknow which was cancelled by the airlines. I further raised the request to refund my amount. It was suppose to be refunded by **th December, ****. I tried contacting them and provided them with all the details. It been around * weeks they don't even call or reply to the Complaint. Their is no access to any customer care number and the online complaint portal doesn't work. I have even written mails to get it in touch with them but they do not respond.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
