Goibibo and Goair - Booking amount not refunded

Iam writing this complaint regarding to my flight booking on Goair airlines on **th Jun from sxr to del the PNR No is XFR**R. On **th may I got a message from your airlines that the flight has been cancelled they not mentioned the cause of cancellation, when I get the mail I try to contact on a lots of your number of the airlines but the numbers was not in valid then am try to contact to Goibibo they give a message that "your money is safe they I'll be inform the airlines the amount I'll be credited b your bank account within a week", so I wait for a week. Then iam try to mail their nodal officer go air they I'll give a service request number G*-********. So far the amount not been adjusted to my account. It was very bad experience with your airlines that your not be bothered about the passengers. Apropos, you are requested to refund the amount asap and also you may please ensured about the the passengers.
