I had cancelled an international trip on August **th. The customer executive told me that the refund will be credited within * working days. But it did not happen till now. Whenever I call the customer service they keep on giving inconsistent responses regarding the reason for the delay. After * working days they said, the bank will take another * working days making it a total * days. After * days when I called, they said the reply from airline is pending causing the delay. Now they are saying it might take up to ** days since they have initiated some process which they called "RA".
In fact, MakeMyTrip advertises on their app that the refund will be done in ** hours. Right now I think I might never get even * rupee as refund from MakeMyTrip. The inconsistent and contradictory replies from the customer care makes me feel that they are trying to hide something and now they are not responding to mails also. This is my last attempt before moving to consumer court.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
