UPSRTC - refund of amount

Navpreet Singh Bhatti filed complaint against UPSRTC on Aug 12, 2020

I booked a ticket online through UPSRTC online website on **/**/**** at **.**hrs but later on i cancelled this ticket on the same day at **.**hrs and i got email of e-cancellation ticket. But till now i did not get my money back till now. I have send them email three times in their registered email id online.support@upsrtc.com but i did not get any reply from them , i also tried their Helpdesk Number : ***********, +** - ********** but they also not responding. This is very mental harassing situation and this is my hard earned money. kindly look into this matter and do needful action against them. I am attaching all the mails and tickets for your reference.
