UPSRTC - Refund Not Received

I booked a ticket from the UPSRTC website for Awadh bus Station To Bahraich on **/**/****. but the later bus was cancelled. As discussed with customer care on whatsapp and helpline number, she told me that the refund will be credited within *-* working days, but no refund is credited yet.
Your request to please look into the matter and credit the refund asap.
